If your looking for Indian or Chinese quick bites in International City, then look no further, Chainak Café is the place to be. It is a small place with limited seating, and I got some of their bestselling Chinese dishes as take away to try in the comfort of my home.
Everything was packed well in cling wrap including the juice. So there were no spills or leaks… phew 😊
Started off with piping hot Chicken Corn Soup. The corn was crunchy, contrary to what I expected, and the taste-wise it could be better.
Mains were Chicken Shanghai Fried Rice and Chilly Chicken Dry. The fried rice was loaded with fried chicken pieces and scrambled egg. Loved the spicy flavour. The chilly chicken was good too.
Washed it down with Limka, a refreshing lemon drink.
Overall, try them if you’re in the area as prices are reasonable and portion sizes are good.
