Max’s All About Chicken is a home-grown quick service restaurant chain that serves char-grilled chicken combos which have been marinated for 24hrs in a variety of international flavours. It is served as a full meal with a choice of sides, rustic bread roll and a drink.
Located in the food court of major malls across the U.A.E., I recently got some of their best-sellers delivered to my home from their branch in Ibn Battuta Mall. There are dine-in and takeaway options too but though of having it in the comfort of my home 😊
I ordered two starters Chilli Cheese Nuggets and Jalapeno Poppers. There’s something about cheesy spicy fried bites and these were just what I hoped would be!! Definitely a must-try!!
From the char-grilled section, I tried Peri-Peri Chicken Breast, Korean Barbecue Legs and Mexican Chicken Legs, with green salad, French Fries and Kamote (Sweet Potato) Fries as sides and some soft drinks. Each chicken comes it with its own dip which varies according to the type of char-grill.
Loved the various flavours that were truly distinct. The chicken was juicy and succulent, and the accompanying dips enhanced the flavours. The rustic bread was soft, and I would definitely recommend trying these three flavours, depending on your spice level tolerance. They do have more flavour options. The portion sizes are amazing with too.
Though located in a food court, the food here is a healthy alternative to the traditional food court fast foods. A must-try destination for hearty, wholesome meals!!
